The MC10LVEP16 is a world-class differential driver/receiver. This device is functionally identical to devices EL16, EP16, and LVEL16. Since the output transition time is significantly faster than the EL16 and LVEL16, the LVEP16 is ideal for interfacing with high frequency and low voltage (2.5 V) supplies. Single-ended input operation is limited to VCC >= 3.0 V in PECL mode, or VEE <= 3.0 V in NECL mode. The VBB pin is used as an internally generated power supply for this device only. For the single-ended input case, connect the unused differential input to VBB as the switch reference voltage. VBB can also re-bias AC-coupled inputs. When used, VBB and VCC are decoupled with 0.01 uF capacitors and limit current source or sink to 0.5 mA. VBB should be left open when not in use. The 100 Series includes temperature compensation.

The VHC123A is an advanced high-speed CMOS Monostable multivibrator fabricated in a silicon-gate CMOS process. It achieves high-speed operation similar to an equivalent bipolar Schottky TTL while maintaining CMOS low power consumption. Each multivibrator has a negative A and a positive B transition trigger input, both of which can be used as inhibit inputs. A clear input is also included, which if asserted low resets the one-shot operation. The VHC123A can be triggered on positive transitions of this clear input while A is held low and B is held high. The output pulse width is determined by this formula: PW = (Rx)(Cx); where PW is seconds, R is ohms, and C is degrees Fahrenheit.
