The TLV271 operational amplifier provides rail-to-rail output operation. The output swings within 320 mV of the positive rail and within 50 mV of the negative rail. This rail-to-rail operation allows the user to take full advantage of the entire supply voltage range while taking advantage of the 3 MHz bandwidth. The TLV271 can operate with supply voltages as low as 2.7 V over a temperature range of minus 40 to plus 105 degrees Celsius. The high bandwidth provides a slew rate of 2.4 V/µs while consuming only 550uA of quiescent current. Likewise, the TLV271 can operate on supply voltages up to 16 V, making it ideal for a variety of battery-powered applications. Because this is a CMOS device, it has high input impedance and low bias current, making it ideal for interfacing with a wide variety of signal sensors. Additionally, it features a small TSOP5 encapsulation with two pinout styles for use in high-density PCBs.
